Some Uber drivers refuse passengers because of personal information.
First, personally identifiable information such as gender, age and facial features can be obscured in online platforms.
If Uber meets offline, an intermediary (or a recording function) can be added to monitor the behavior of passengers and drivers.

Regarding the inconvenience of renting a house, I thought of a classmate who was attacked by the landlord because the landlord asked the tenant to be Japanese, but he was Chinese, so he was asked to check out after arriving in London, and he did not give back the rent. Later, the school teacher helped to solve it. So I thought maybe we could obfuscate the platform’s information and not ask the platform users to be too demanding.
